Victoria (Local Delivery)
All orders within Victoria are delivered by our in-house driver. This allows us to ensure your items are handled with care and arrive in perfect condition.

Interstate Delivery
For customers in NSW, SA, QLD, WA, TAS, and NT, we ship via Australia Post.

Delivery Timeframes
Standard shipping for all orders is 3–5 business days from dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and peak periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
